Event Information

How does your nonprofit attract new champions? Does your organization have a way for new givers to easily get involved? Do your existing champions ask for ways to share the cause? How do you create curiosity about your work?

Signature Participation Projects (SPPs) are a key element of your acquisition program. They reflect your core program, with an invitation to do something active that is practical, tactile, and experiential. They create space for your champions to complete something and ask, “what’s next?” SPP’s are a taste, in project form, of what you do to solve a problem and create Kingdom impact. They are an easy entry step to involvement in your work.

This workshop will be full of idea-starters so you can leave with some experience in developing a new SPP or improving an existing one.

As a result of this workshop, you’ll:

  • Identify simple, signature, solution(s) your organization offers in the cause
  • Clarify ways champions can participate in these solutions
  • Determine the basic structure and draft an SPP idea that can be prototyped
  • Learn how to integrate your SPP into your overall event strategy

Don't come alone, register your team today! Invite executive directors, board members, development staff, volunteer coordinators and anyone who will be involved in the future work of your ministry.
