Join us for this session focused on building systems of care for donors.
We will explore how to thoughtfully organize and prioritize donor relationships so that care is intentional, consistent, and sustainable.
This session introduces practical tools for donor tiering and portfolio management, helping leaders steward relationships with clarity while honoring the dignity and role of each giver.
- Please come prepared with a basic donor list or CRM export, if available, to begin applying these concepts to your ministry context.

Our office is located in the back of the building closest to 45th street and Virginia. Parking is found in the rear of the building or on 45th Street. Please enter through the entrance located on 45th street - you will see signage near the basketball goal.

Featuring - Ashley Baldwin
Area Director, Chattanooga, Mission Increase
Ashley Baldwin serves as the Area Director for Mission Increase Chattanooga. Ashley has been serving and leading in the nonprofit sector for over ten years. Through her work, she has developed a passion for strategic, sustainable, and relational generosity between ministries and champions.
Ashley graduated from Covenant College with a BA in Philosophy and Religion. She is a Ministry Venture graduate, Brock Fellow and Gotham alumni. She spreads the liberating message of generosity through her volunteer work with Generous Giving and The Generosity Trust.
Ashley is married to her college sweetheart, Ben and is a proud mother to her three young treasures, Ellie, Declan and Carmella. In her free time, Ashley enjoys coffee, good books, hosting friends in her home and making new family memories.
