Whether you're building your first plan or returning to sharpen one you've used for years, you'll leave with practical tools, and a fresh eye on your own data, to write or refine a plan that infuses your entire organization with a biblical approach to fundraising.

Ray Strickland serves as the Mission Increase Area Director in Jacksonville, FL, partnering with ministries and their causes to build healthy, sustainable funding models rooted in clear vision and spiritual leadership. He helps ministry leaders clarify their message, engage their champions meaningfully, to grow generosity that fuels Kingdom impact. Ray is married to Melissa Strickland with two children. He is active in the community as a volunteer football coach and with F3. He also serves as President and Co-founder of CoPassion that helps young adults discover their purpose within God’s greater story.
