Whether you're building your first plan or returning to sharpen one you've used for years, you'll leave with practical tools, and a fresh eye on your own data, to write or refine a plan that infuses your entire organization with a biblical approach to fundraising.

Area Director, Suncoast, Mission Increase
Steve Sullivan serves as the Area Director for Mission Increase Suncoast, serving the greater Tampa Bay area. He is excited to serve this community and help build God's kingdom through the support of local Christian nonprofits. Steve attended the University of Southern California and after college, was part of a number of successful start-up ventures, including one that resulted in the creation of his baseball book, Talking Baseball Amongst Friends. In 2016, Steve, his wife Angelica and their two sons, Alexander and Jack, felt led to move from Chicago to Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Shortly after arriving in Florida, with his nearly three decades of experience in both the corporate and non-profit arenas, Steve was appointed managing partner of a financial education start-up which he led until 2021. Since 2021, he has served on the Advisory Board of the Manasota (Manatee/Sarasota Counties) Christian Community Foundation, engaged in business development for a select group Christian-based organizations, working collaboratively to help them increase their efficiencies and overall reach. Steve is an active member of his church and for the past 6 years has been leading a discipleship group of men through Life-on-Life Missional Discipleship. Other than his love for Jesus, his wife and sons, it is safe to say the Chicago Cubs and the USC Trojans hold a very special place in his heart.
