Lexington Area Director, Mission Increase

Damon serves as the Area Director for Mission Increase Lexington, KY.  Damon grew up in Louisville and moved to Lexington to attend the University of Kentucky, where he earned in BA in American history. He has been involved in ministry in Lexington for over twenty-five years and has over 13 years of experience in nonprofit, church, and board leadership roles.

Damon served as Director of Development for 8 years at Lexington Leadership Foundation, where he collaborated on capital campaigns, marketing, communication and re-branding work, fundraising events, and major gift funding. He is passionate about building capacity and building a local community of Kingdom-minded nonprofit ministries in Lexington.

Damon is active in his church as a volunteer, elder, and board member. When he’s not working, he enjoys watching UK sports, hiking, and attending/working the popcorn machine at one of his three daughters’ volleyball games.
