Ashley Shaffer is the Mission Increase Northwest Ohio Area Director. Born and raised in Northwest Ohio, Ashley takes great pride in serving churches and nonprofits in the rustbelt region.

For over 15 years, Ashley has committed herself to nonprofit fundraising and gospel-centered ministry ever since she obtained her pastoral credentials through Berean School of the Bible. From grassroots start up nonprofit to national ministry, Ashley has coached, lead and inspired teams of many different sizes in various roles. Ashley’s years of serving in ministry, coupled with her philanthropic education and CFRE certification, are what sparked her interest in championing faith-based nonprofits that advance Kingdom impact. Ashley is passionate to serve on the boards of the Because of Logan Foundation and One Voice.

Ashley has been married to her high school sweetheart for over 15 years and is the proud mother of three sons—Emerson, Ellis, and Oaks. Her favorite calling is to her family, and she is most recognized for her outstanding bedtime songs and recipes from her garden. Together they love exploring the outdoors, gardening, swimming in their pond, four-wheeling, camping, and cheering on the Cleveland Browns! Ashley seeks to live every day with passion, enthusiasm and authenticity.
