With monthly recurring giving to nonprofits increasing year after year and becoming a preferred form of giving for many champions, it’s more critical than ever to develop this revenue stream. This workshop walks you through creating clear giving pathways and compelling impact language, then guides you in developing an onboarding process that sets expectations and builds trust from day one. Participants will leave with practical tools to grow sustainable relationships that benefit the giver, strengthen the organization, and advance the cause.

Carlos F. Peña is currently serving as Program Manager for Mission Increase in South Florida and Relationship Manager for the National Christian Foundation of South Florida, helping ministries and organizations build capacity and train high-capacity leaders. Over the past twenty-five years, he has served in multiple leadership roles in business and ministry. Carlos served as the President and CMO of Pumped®, a brand development and digital marketing firm. CEO of Led to Lead®, an executive, leadership, and business coaching company. Executive Director of City Keepers, a nonprofit helping others fulfill the Great Commission. He is also the founder and CEO of FX3® Ministries and recently completed his MDiv as he finalizes his pastoral ordination. Carlos believes it is his calling to help others discover their purpose and fulfill their calling.
