Founder and COO, Bigger Than Me

Kim Hancock has dedicated her life to discovering giftedness and inspiring others to reach their fullest potential across the business world, ministry, and most recently as the founder and COO of Bigger Than Me, LLC. She holds an Associate Coach Certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an Advanced Coaching Certification through Shadowmatch. Kim serves as an Instructor at the Center for Christian Coaching at Brentwood Baptist Church, an ICF Certified Training Facility, and is a member of the Adjunct Faculty at the Strength to Stand Institute, where she focuses on equipping next-generation leaders in areas of giftedness and purpose.

Before founding Bigger Than Me, Kim spent 23 years as Minister of Member Involvement at Shades Mountain Baptist Church in Birmingham, Alabama. Her extensive experience has shaped her passion for empowering individuals to discover their unique calling and thrive in every sphere of influence.

Connection Minister, Brentwood Baptist Churcn

Michele Dyer is a dedicated and experienced ministry professional with a passion for helping individuals discover their unique purpose and calling. Her extensive 15-year tenure at Brentwood Baptist Church showcases a deep commitment to fostering spiritual growth and connection within the church community. In her current role as Connection Minister, which began in July 2024, Michele focuses on building meaningful relationships and facilitating engagement. Prior to this, she served as Member Development Minister, where she actively guided church members in identifying their personal mission and integrating their faith into all aspects of their lives.

Complementing her work at Brentwood Baptist Church, Michele also brings a unique skillset as a Team Development & Temperament Specialist through her freelance work with Team Insights since September 2014. This independent role highlights her expertise in understanding team dynamics and individual temperaments, likely contributing to her effectiveness in her ministry roles. Her commitment to personal and professional development is further evidenced by her pursuit of advanced education, holding a Master of Arts in Ministry Leadership from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Master of Theological Studies in Leadership from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (graduating in 2023).

Michele Dyer's blend of long-term ministry experience, specialized skills in team and individual development, and relevant theological education positions her as a valuable asset in fostering connection, growth, and purpose within faith-based communities.

Scott Harris

Vice President of Church and Global Engagement, Mission Increase

Scott Harris serves as the Vice President of Church and Global Engagement at Mission Increase, helping ministries maintain and grow healthy relationships with local churches. In addition, Scott focuses on soul care, evangelism, and ways to take Mission Increase training beyond North America to the global church.  Prior to Mission Increase, Scott served for 18 years as Missions Minister at Brentwood Baptist Church in Tennessee. He worked with an team in local, state, national, and international initiatives. A native of San Jose, California, Scott spent part of his childhood as a missionary kid in Barbados. While a student a Golden Gate Seminary, he served as a youth pastor at a Korean church in San Francisco.  He served also as a university pastor at Spurgeon’s College in the United Kingdom and in Hong Kong. Scott was an International Mission Board (SBC) Trustee since 2009 and also recently served as Chairman of the IMB.  Scott lives in Brentwood with wife, Beth and two children, Elizabeth and Jonathan. Beth was raised in Taiwan, also by missionary parents. Scott celebrates the connection of churches with a passion of missions!
