This workshop helps you create or strengthen a fundraising plan that honors God as the owner of all resources while stewarding your ministry's calling with wisdom and intentionality. You'll learn to assess your current realities, set goals rooted in both champion growth and financial need, and establish regular review rhythms that keep your plan responsive rather than static. Whether you're building your first plan or returning to sharpen one you've used for years, you'll leave with practical tools, and a fresh eye on your own data, to write or refine a plan that infuses your entire organization with a biblical approach to fundraising.

Location Details

Savant (formerly known as Bridgeworth) is located at The Range. There is a large Merit Bank sign on the side and front of the building, as well as a Bridgeworth sign. Access to the parking lot is at the corner of 14th Street and Governor’s Drive. The entrance to the main lobby is to the left of The Range sign. When you enter the building, Savant is the first door to the left.

Area Director for Central Alabama, Mission Increase

Kevin Moore serves as the Area Director for Mission Increase Central Alabama. Since moving to Birmingham in 1983, Kevin has served in seven different pastoral and Christian nonprofit roles in our city. Kevin is passionate about collaboration and the mobilization of the Church to impact Birmingham through its nonprofit agencies. He earned an undergraduate degree in Bible and Music Education from Tennessee Temple University and a Master’s Degree in Church Music from Samford University. Kevin lives in Bluff Park with his wife, Judi, and they have four grown sons, three daughters-in-law and three grandchildren.
