Event Information

Nonprofit leaders give deeply -- to their causes, their teams, and their communities. But sustaining that commitment without depleting yourself takes more than passion—it takes practice.

This 1.5-hour online refresher builds on the insights and practices shared in The Leader Who Lasts live event last Fall, revisiting the key rhythms of rest, refueling, and meaningful work as a foundation for thriving.  Whether you attended the original gathering or are joining us for the first time, this experience will offer a meaningful reset as you find space to reconnect with what matters most.

Brenda Keck will lead us in a session that will blend reflection, practical strategies, and experiential exercises designed to help you maintain the gains from the Fall event or establish a fresh foundation for thriving in nonprofit leadership. Come as you are and leave with renewed encouragement, tools to support your well-being, and a deeper connection to your purpose.
