Chief Operating Officer, Mission Increase

Lee Wilhite serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Mission Increase and has devoted his career to serving Christian non-profit, for-profit and higher education organizations in the areas of executive leadership, strategic planning, team building, fundraising, branding, marketing and communications. Prior to joining Mission Increase, Lee served Biola University as their Vice President for Enrollment, Marketing and Communications and was responsible for recruiting students, awarding financial aid, and managing the market research, advertising, creative, web/social media, events and public relations areas for the university. Before his role at Biola, Lee served as Executive Vice President and owner at Masterworks where he had oversight of the client service, creative service, digital, media and analytics teams. Lee resides in Santa Anna, CA with his wife, Leeta, and they have three grown children. 

Geoff Rogers

Chief Growth Officer, Mission Increase

Geoff Rogers serves as the Chief Growth Officer for Mission Increase. He is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur, and nonprofit leader in corporate, startup, and ministry settings. He previously served as Vice President at IBM and Dassault Systèmes, where he led high-performing teams and business partner channels, earning top honors, including IBM’s Golden Circle award and a spot in its exclusive Next-Gen program.

After 13 years in the corporate world, Geoff transitioned into ministry leadership, applying his business acumen to accelerate nonprofit impact. He co-founded Ships of Tarshish, a Christian media nonprofit known for Surrender the Secret and Blind Eyes Opened, the latter shown in over 500 theaters nationwide. He also founded and led the U.S. Institute Against Human Trafficking, spearheading national initiatives and advising policymakers in Congress and the White House. His media appearances include Fox News, C-SPAN, and USA Today.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Geoff now dedicates his time to equipping nonprofits with tools for growth in fundraising, leadership, and operational strategy. He and his wife, Kerri have been married over 25 years and homeschool their three sons, rooted in Christ-centered family values.

Scott Scharpen

Chief Strategy Officer, Mission Increase

Scott Scharpen serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for Mission Increase, where he oversees the organization’s strategic plan and related initiatives, including opportunities for expansion into new areas, growth of funding sources, and innovation with our service delivery.

Prior to his work at Mission Increase, Scott served as president of The Scharpen Foundation, a Christian non-profit that he and his wife Carolyn founded in 2007, with the principle work focused on a church plant and the operation of a pro-life licensed mobile pregnancy clinic. He continues to volunteer at Rock Valley Christian Church as a part-time pastor and board member. In addition to this work, Scott has enjoyed a successful consulting career as a healthcare business executive and owner at Stockamp & Associates, and he has served as a member of the board of directors at Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) and also as the board chairman of ParentalRights.org.

He has a degree in economics from Stanford University. Scott and Carolyn have been married for over 30 years, live in Southern California, and have two adult children.

 

Caleb Crider

Senior Director of Program Innovation, Mission Increase

Caleb Crider is a trainer, writer, and missiologist. Originally from California, Caleb has developed and facilitated training for an international audience of churches and missionaries. He specializes in instructional design, adult learning technologies, and outcomes-based education. He is one of the authors of Tradecraft: For The Church On Mission. He’s married to Lindsey, and has two children: Jonas and Meredith.

Dan Davis

President, Mission Increase Foundation

Dan Davis serves as the President & CEO of Mission Increase, where he is responsible for developing the ministry’s strategic vision, leading its expansion initiatives, engaging with key partners, and providing oversight to all operational aspects of the organization. Under Dan’s leadership, Mission Increase has significantly expanded its geographic footprint to operations in dozens of communities across the states, internationally and now online.

Dan joined Mission Increase in 2003 as CFO before transitioning to his current role in 2012. Prior to that, Dan was Assistant Controller for Pamplin Communications Corporation and the Vice President of Finance & Administration at Medical Teams International.

Dan graduated with a BA in Accounting from Seattle Pacific University, where he met his wife. They have been married since 1988 and have two adult children.
