Meet Kevin Whitman, Senior Consultant for Mission Increase Specialized Services and a powerhouse in nonprofit leadership! Before joining the MI Specialized team, Kevin led as the Oregon Area Director for Mission Increase, where he impacted over 200 nonprofit organizations across the vibrant Portland/Vancouver area. With an impressive 30+ years of experience, Kevin has worn many hats in the nonprofit world—excelling in development, administration, education, communications, missions, and pastoral roles within both church and parachurch organizations.
Kevin’s academic background is just as dynamic: he holds a Bachelor of Arts from Life Pacific University and pursued his MBA at Azusa Pacific University. A passionate leader and mentor, Kevin brings energy, expertise, and a heart for transformation to every ministry he serves. He calls Clackamas, OR, home, where he and his wife, Kim, share life’s adventures with their three amazing children.

Featuring - Lee Wilhite
Chief Operating Officer, Mission Increase
Lee Wilhite serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Mission Increase and has devoted his career to serving Christian non-profit, for-profit and higher education organizations in the areas of executive leadership, strategic planning, team building, fundraising, branding, marketing and communications. Prior to joining Mission Increase, Lee served Biola University as their Vice President for Enrollment, Marketing and Communications and was responsible for recruiting students, awarding financial aid, and managing the market research, advertising, creative, web/social media, events and public relations areas for the university. Before his role at Biola, Lee served as Executive Vice President and owner at Masterworks where he had oversight of the client service, creative service, digital, media and analytics teams. Lee resides in Santa Anna, CA with his wife, Leeta, and they have three grown children.

Senior Director of Program Innovation, Mission Increase
Caleb Crider is a trainer, writer, and missiologist. Originally from California, Caleb has developed and facilitated training for an international audience of churches and missionaries. He specializes in instructional design, adult learning technologies, and outcomes-based education. He is one of the authors of Tradecraft: For The Church On Mission. He’s married to Lindsey, and has two children: Jonas and Meredith.
