Teresa Huff is host of the Grant Writing Simplified Podcast, TEDx speaker, and nonprofit strategy expert. Referred to in The Bellwether magazine as “the nonprofit powerhouse,” she’s helped nonprofits triple their funding and maximize their impact. After winning over $7.5 million for schools and nonprofits, she now teaches nonprofits the strategies they need to develop millions in sustainable funding. Thousands of students worldwide have completed Teresa’s online grant writing programs. Her podcast is in the top 5% of podcasts globally, was recognized in the CrowdUltra Awards “Top 5 Charity Podcasts of 2022”, and named in Instrumentl’s “Best Grant Writing Podcasts of 2023.” As an Advanced Certified Nonprofit Professional (ACNP), Teresa uses her Master’s in Education and over 20 years of experience in writing, special education, and business to help nonprofit leaders take their skills to the next level. She mentors grant writers through her interactive Fast Track to Grant Writer VIP Program, available for university level credit.

Orlando Area Director, Mission Increase
Kyle Cousins serves as the Area Director for Mission Increase Orlando. Having spent the last 10 years in the marketplace, he has worked in roles related to leadership and team development, in addition to sales and marketing. Kyle earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business from Calvin College and a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Moody Theological Seminary.
Kyle’s passion is to study God’s Word, to practice it, and teach its truths to others (Ezra 7:10). His desire is to see the love of Christ and the message of His Gospel spread throughout Orlando and Central Florida. Kyle and his wife, Heather, reside in Orlando.
