Transform passive interest into active involvement! This Q2 workshop equips ministry leaders to craft hands-on opportunities for champions to experience the mission firsthand. Discover simple yet powerful participation projects that deepen understanding, inspire commitment, and build ownership in the cause. Through biblical precepts, basic principles and best practices, leaders will learn to create meaningful service opportunities that cultivate lasting relationships and spiritual growth among champions. Area Director, Chattanooga, Mission Increase

Ashley Baldwin serves as the Area Director for Mission Increase Chattanooga. Ashley has been serving and leading in the nonprofit sector for over ten years. Through her work, she has developed a passion for strategic, sustainable, and relational generosity between ministries and champions.

Ashley graduated from Covenant College with a BA in Philosophy and Religion. She is a Ministry Venture graduate, Brock Fellow and Gotham alumni. She spreads the liberating message of generosity through her volunteer work with Generous Giving and The Generosity Trust.

Ashley is married to her college sweetheart, Ben and is a proud mother to her two young treasures Ellie and Declan.  In her free time, Ashley enjoys coffee, good books, hosting friends in her home and making new family memories.
