Event Information
In today's dynamic environment, strategic planning is crucial for nonprofit and ministry leaders seeking to align their efforts with God’s vision. But how do you think both biblically and strategically when it comes to planning, and do you even have the framework to do that? This year's Q4 workshop demystifies the strategic planning process by breaking it down into key components: mission, objectives, strategies, and tactics. This workshop is designed to equip nonprofit leaders, Executive Directors, board members, ministry staff, and volunteers with the tools and insights needed to develop robust, agile plans that foster growth and resilience. All are welcome, including those with a plan and those yet to create one. Register you and your team today!
