Event Information

A healthy, mission-driven board is more than a governance body – it is the spiritual and strategic core of your champion community. This workshop equips nonprofit leaders and board members to cultivate boards whose members model full participation in the life of the ministry – including the joyful, prayerful, and relational opportunity to invite others into generosity.

Rooted in biblical wisdom and aligned with the Champion Development framework, you’ll explore how to disciple board members into their role as fundraisers—not through pressure or quotas, but through prayer, testimony, invitation, and ownership. Through interactive exercises and real-life case studies, you'll gain tools to activate your board as a vital fundraising force.

This workshop is designed for nonprofit executive leaders, development staff, and board members who want to strengthen their board’s engagement in fundraising through a biblical and relational approach.

Coffee and snacks will be offered!
